Manual band saw

100% operator-operated

A band saw is a machine with a toothed metal band (saw blade) that rotates around two flywheels steadily, without back-and-forth motion. This feature makes them highly efficient as they have a large cutting surface and prevents them from overheating easily as they are equipped with cooling equipment as standard. The cutting gap is located between the two flywheels. Depending on the type of blade and its orientation, they will be suitable for cutting different materials.

MANUAL BAND SAW

The manual band saw must be 100% operated by the operator, who is responsible for placing the material, tightening the clamp and manually lowering and raising the arc. It is possible to add a cylinder for the descent (Gravitational Descent) to make the cuts and thus have the descent controlled.
